At BD PET MART, we aim to provide quality pet products and a smooth shopping experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or refund if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Photo or video proof is provided for verification
For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds are not issued in cash.
If a return is approved, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds may be provided as store credit or adjusted with future orders.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method or as store credit, based on feasibility.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Pet food items (opened or unsealed)
Perishable goods
Discounted or clearance items
Products marked as “Non-Refundable”
Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling
If the return is due to our mistake, BD PET MART will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer must bear all delivery and return charges.
