Refund & Return Policy

At BD PET MART, we aim to provide quality pet products and a smooth shopping experience. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Return or Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Photo or video proof is provided for verification

 

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds are not issued in cash.

  • If a return is approved, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds may be provided as store credit or adjusted with future orders.

Online Payment Orders

  • Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method or as store credit, based on feasibility.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pet food items (opened or unsealed)

  • Perishable goods

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products marked as “Non-Refundable”

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer handling

 

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, BD PET MART will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer must bear all delivery and return charges.
